Short version: if I haven't started your work, you get a full refund. Once work is underway, you pay for the work already done. If I made a billing mistake or didn't deliver what we agreed, I'll make it right.
1. Before work begins
If you cancel within 7 days of paying and I have not yet started the work, you will receive a full refund.
2. One-time projects
- If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work completed up to the date of cancellation, and the remaining balance is refunded.
- If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, I will correct it at no extra cost. If I cannot deliver what was agreed, you will receive a refund for the part not delivered.
- Once a deliverable has been delivered and accepted, or you have used it, it is not refundable.
3. Monthly retainers
- You can cancel at any time before the next billing period starts, and you will not be charged again.
- Fees for a billing period in which work has started are non-refundable, as that time and capacity has been reserved for you.
- If I fail to deliver the services agreed for a month, you can ask for a credit or a partial refund for the undelivered part.
4. What is not refundable
- Advertising spend paid directly to platforms such as Google or Meta. This is billed by them and cannot be refunded by me.
- Third-party software, tools, data or domain costs already purchased for your project.
- Results. Marketing and lead generation outcomes depend on many factors outside my control (see the Terms of Service), so a refund is not available simply because a campaign did not reach a target I did not guarantee.
5. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged the wrong amount or charged twice, tell me and I will refund the difference in full.
6. How to request a refund
Email ali@digitalmarketingplans.com with your name, the invoice or payment reference, and the reason for your request. I will reply within 3 business days.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5–10 business days to appear. Payment processing fees charged by third parties may not be recoverable.
8. Disputes
Please contact me before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
